Thank you everyone who presented and attended our second ever online conference!
CAA Australasia held our second online conference on digital archaeology! The conference ran from the 16 – 18 September 2021. Our keynote speaker was Dr Melissa Marshall (Nulungu Research Institute, University of Notre Dame Australia) who opened the conference with her keynote: ‘Digital archaeology and the transformation of rock art research‘. Specific sessions were held on ‘Photogrammetry and “3D modelling in heritage”, “Recent advantages in computational archaeology of east and south-east Asia”, “Current and developing practices in archaeological survey”, as well as a General Session.
